Rehearsal is the perfect time for the Director of Ceremonies to ensure all Officers are not just familiar, but comfortable with their duties. It’s also the chance for him and the Worshipful Master to get on the same page with the flow and procedure.

The Director of Ceremonies will be paying extra attention to the ritual and floor work—especially for the Deacons and any Brother stepping into a role for the first time.
